1. while in internet explorer use alt + t to open the tools menu
2. type O for internet options or arrow up to it and press enter
3. you will be in the general tab. hold down the control key and press tab until you get to the privacy tab
4. now press tab until you hear advanced and press space
5. you will be on a check box that says, "overwrite automatic cookie handling", this box needs to be checked, if it is not press space to check it
6. the next 2 tabs should say, "accept", leave them on the accept option
7. tab again and this check box to always allow session cookies needs to be checked, if it is not, press space to check it
8. now tab to the OK button and press space, then tab to the next OK button and again press space
