1. while in internet explorer use alt + t to open the tools menu
2. type O for internet options or arrow up to it and press enter
3. you will be in the general tab. hold down the control key and press tab until you get to the privacy tab
4. now press tab until you hear advanced and press space
5. you will be on a check box that says, "overwrite automatic cookie handling", if this box is checked press space to uncheck it
6. tab to ok and press space
7. Tab or shift tab to the slider that is usually onmedium or 40 percent. Page down until it is on 0 percent
8. now tab or shift tab to the apply button and press space, then tab or shift tab to the OK button and again press space
