You should reduce the security level of your browser before you try to install the chat client. Follow these steps to do that.

1. While in internet explorer use alt + t to open the tools menu.

2. Type O for options to go to internet options.

3. Hold down the control key and press the tab key until you get privacy.

4. Tab to the advanced button and press the space bar.

5. If the box to overwrite automatic cookie handling is checked press space to uncheck it.
6. Tab to OK and press space.

7. At the top of the privacy tab there is a level slider that should be moved to zero percent. Use the page down to move it to zero.

8. Now tab to and press space on OK.
