The following folks are truly FTP Stars. These individuals have given countless Hours of tech support over the Years. We thank them for their generous contribution of time and energy, for their expertise and for their Techi integrity.
Our Tech Team practices our policy of "do no harm" and this is where their integrity comes into play. It is extremely important that you only accept tech support from those who will never offer you advice that may create more problems than you had to start with. We trust the following individuals listed below to give you great tech support based on solid know-how.
This tech support is being provided free of any charge and it should be clearly understood that neither the team members, For The People or its Executive Board accept any liability for any problems you feel may be a result of any assistance rendered to you via our Tech Team. Each tech team member has a private room constructed for the specific purpose of delivering tech support. Please do not enter these rooms unless explicitly invited to do so.
A word of caution, we know many of you are very eager to assist your fellow FTP members. However, we are requesting that you practice great restraint when it comes to offering tech support. We know that you have the best of intentions. We know that in some cases you may be able to give adequate tech support, but very few of us are actually well versed enough in computer science to safely render tech support. To reiterate we are working hard to make sure our rule of do no harm is the rule of thumb on FTP.
